Muslims comprise 195 million or 14.9% of 1,210,193,422 Indian residents reported in the 2011 provisional census report – and are the second largest religious grouping in the country. The Munsif Daily: A broadsheet Urdu language newspaper published from Hyderabad and is the largest circulated Urdu newspaper in India.

Prabhanjan Sanket: A popular tabloid Urdu newspaper serving major cities in the region of Western Uttar Pradesh including the cities Agra, Aligarh, Mathura, and Firozabad. The paper is also available in print newspaper.

The Rahnuma-E-Deccan Daily: An Indian newspaper published in Hyderabad, Telangana, in Urdu.

The Siasat Daily: A broadsheet Urdu newspaper from Hyderabad, Telangana. It has online editions too in Urdu, English and Hindi languages and is the largest selling Urdu newspaper in the city.

Taasir: A multi-edition broadsheet Urdu daily newspaper that was first launched in Patna, the capital city of Bihar. Taasir is currently published in eight Indian states with nine editions. The broadsheet Taasir is a newspaper which has got the status of largest circulated national Urdu daily of India. This newspaper has got a very good readership around the globe through its online epaper and it is continuing developing all the time. Because of being one of the highest circulated Urdu dailies of India this newspaper has become one of the most popular among the Urdu readers as the newspaper has got the highest circulation throughout the India. That’s why a number of state governments have also approved and empanelled this Urdu daily for issue of advertisements.
